Long life thanks to the supercapacitor
Thanks to having a supercapacitor and a battery, the TrueCam A7s combines the advantages of both. A supercapacitor is great in dashcams because it’s resistant to extreme temperature fluctuations and lasts for many years in perfect condition. However, it must be constantly plugged into a power supply. A battery, on the other hand, weakens over time, but allows you to remove the camera to take shots outside the car. The perfect combination!
